Lots of gamers around the world are fed up on whether to purchase or not to purchase the PlayStation Vita because they are genuinely interested to pick one at some instance. The PlayStation Vita looks very capable of catering some pretty cool games and would nicely be included in the console collection of gamers around the world.
The only trouble is that Sony is pissing with the console and they do not know whether it is a current generation video game console or belongs to the last generation of portable consoles. It is a known fact and you can’t deny it that the PlayStation was not that of a hit when it comes to video game consoles, but the best thing about it is that decent titles are released with it.
But what about the Vita? Well, the console has about three video games worth playing, memory that’s too expensive as well as having a PS1 game support. Maybe you are one of those gamers who’re pissed off with Sony and asking them, what the hell are you doing? Those gamers who have now purchased a Ps Vita would probably want PS Vita video games for them to enjoy and not old video games such as those from the PS1. These old games are already clogging some precious room on the memory sticks of these owners.
The entire launching of the PS Vita both the hardware and games, was farce and lots of gamers now notice that games are only catching-up to the device that was released way before the console’s time. If Sony has released the PS Vita now or during the Christmas season, maybe the sales of the PS Vita would increase due to games of value that will surely be released with it. Some of the video games that were released early could be bought and played on a tablet or smartphones, computer for less.
What is more unappealing about the PS Vita is its price which is too expensive. Seriously it is very pricey. Nowadays, you can get a PlayStation 3 for a price that is far lesser compared to the price of the Vita. With the PS3, you will have lots of video games in your library to select and enjoy playing. What the PS Vita needs is for it to have its own library of games that it can call its own, and not those spin-offs of milked franchises or console games. What gamers need from the Vita are those creative video games that make people want to own one of the PS Vita. At this rate of the Vita, Tearway would be the only game that can be played on the device as it is the only one that is enjoyable to use and make full use of this device.
Sympathy is the right thing to do for those who have already purchased this dust gatherer. What Sony should realize is that they should fix this problem if they don’t want to jeopardize the sales of the PS Vita.
