Bully: Scholarship Edition (Wii) Video Review

admin February 22, 2013 16

Project COE staff writer Justin Joseph returns to YouTube a day after his birthday with our latest video for a port to the Nintendo Wii that was released this past March. If you were among the millions that enjoyed the PS2 original, Justin is here (physical presence and all) to let you know why this enhancement is worth your while. Rockstar has done it yet again. *Note* Footage provided reflects that of the Xbox 360 version — Wii-related video wasn’t available at the time of this recording. *Notice* Justin is aware of the volume issues with his physical intro and end recordings. He promises to work on fixing that for his next VR. Written Review: www.projectcoe.com

So does the game’s title (“Bully”) reflect the main activity you’re allowed (or encouraged) to undertake, or is bullying one of any number of behaviours your character can undertake? Or are you a victim of bullies? Or sometimes a victim and other times a bully? Could “Student” have been a more appropriate (and less controversial) title for the game? These are all sincere questions; I’ve never played Bully, but enjoyed Rockstar’s GTA games for the PS2 and Xbox.
