Hey NL, just a tip. When your sniper reaches Colonel rank I would highly suggest taking In The Zone over Double Tap, for two reasons. 1. You can take out enemies without cover and then still take a shot. If you have Ammo Conservation, you can take upwards of 10 shots before reloading. Using this in combination with grenades and rockets (to destroy cover) is extremely effective. 2. My sniper had 185 kills by the end of my playthrough (out of a total of 515).
I’m gonna take the Grenadir perk (even though I don’t use grenades) over the perk that allows me to fire rockets farther and suppress groups of enemies, because I think Grenadir is a better perk -TheNorthernlionStory
