Fine review, but let’s not kid ourselves about Far Cry 2 here. That wasn’t very immerssive either, a lot of issues detracted from the immersion factor. Enemies bodies are made out of Kevlar, everyone wants to kill you, a magic map tells you exactly where you are, respawning enemies, enemy weapons jam only when you use them, repairing a vehicle by screwing some fucking bolt, etc. The original Far Cry still remains the best in the series, Far Cry 2 was shit IMO.
