   ……What? If you haven’t noticed Antarctica isn’t a country. There’s nobody living up there at the north pole either. Africa barely if at all has a navy. And even if they did who would they fight up there……penguins?

   he already told in his post. Sounds/vocals when the user makes a certain action: moving any units, building a unit, getting under heavy fire, etc. Check out other famous RTS games and you will know what he means.

   You can’t have a C&C clone (whoops, I spilled the beans) without units and an assistant sort of voice replying to your commands.
