ok i have a better idea man i did this and now im 100 in destruction and all u have to is go to every store that sells potion and u must level up ur willpower or whatever its called i forgot when u level up and then u must beat the dark brother hood and u then u take the frost touch or fire touch or whatever and then u keep the casting the spell on shadowmiere or whatever that horse is called then everytime ur magicka runs out drink the potions of fortify magicka i thinks its called andtenulvup

Or you could skip all of that and just make a spell that damages fatigue 3 points for 1 second on self. That’s what I did. You don’t even need resists.
