Raychul Reviews: Majin and the Forsaken Kingdom – most overlooked game of 2010

admin February 3, 2013 21

I started this game because I was bored, and I quickly fell in love with it. It’s that kind of great platform/action-adventure game that current console gamers have forgotten about because they are too focused on FPS’s and mutiplayer modes. It’s at local GameStops and worth so much more than that. www.Raychul.com http

I bought Majin earlier this year, And i really liked it. It’s that old school gameplay, boss battles, platforming adventure and colorful(!).
But I recently picked up Enslaved (Collector Edition 🙂 ) And that’s a far superior game! But I like both!

lol well i must say it was pretty refreshing to finally hear a review for Majin atFK. Having worked on it myself (QA at Namco), i felt the game was seriously overlooked by many gamers as you said. I’m glad you enjoyed it. Don’t worry about messing up the characters names, after a while we ended up just referring them as the Thief and the Majin. Oh and i agree the voice acting for the animals were …….. iffy :0
