    Government working better?! Oh, yes and the Nazis had the trains running, for awhile, on time too. See how well that worked out for them. Why presume a better functioning government is to our advantage?

    That is a hilarity of myth they had a part in it but it was mostly colleges and I believe we are talking about ARPAnet which was a little different even though it led into our current day internet…
