Chun Li’s SA2 is 3 frames. You can’t punish Ken’s low forward with it. You can punish Ken’s low forward with Ken’s SA3, because that is 2 frames. I still don’t understand the whole bad example thing. I wasn’t trying to give an example of a super that does good chip, I simply mentioned a one frame super. It’s one of only two 1 frame supers in the game anyway, the other being Hugo’s 720, which you can’t parry so I didn’t mention it. You are confused and full of misinformation.
