    It’s a bad example because I think it’s rarely used outside of combos. Sure it does quite some chip, but the range is really low, so I really doubt using the thing for chip is a valid strategy, so being unable to reaction-parry isn’t that big of a deal. That’s why I think Chun Li’s SA2 is a good example, it has great range, is also 1 frame and does great chip. Parrying that thing is something every high level player has to learn.
    “Bad example” might sound a bit harsh, sorry.

    I’ve seen it used to chip someone out. It does a lot of chip damage, and it can’t be parried on reaction. What do you mean it’s a bad example though? I was using it as an example of a one frame super, and we’ve already agreed that it is one frame.

    That SA is still a bad example though, as nobody will use it to chip you out or whatever. Chun Li’s SA2 would be the perfect example.

    Huh, wow. Turns our you’re right. My friend who is horrible at parrying managed to parry this super once, so I assumed it couldn’t be hard to parry.
