thats more then likely your problem the homemade one have so many problems just go on amazon or ebay and seach for this Female PC USB to XBOX Controller Port Cable you can get them for about 5 to 10$

ok im going to try this bu i dont alredy have usb ports i have an homemade one with mi usb hub and controler

the only thing i can think of is to do the process over if that does not work try a different flash drive 2gb or lower or it could be there were 2 different xbox 1 one had usb ports on it already and one did not so if your’s has that try putting the flash drive in one of those ports and see if you can copy then

ok i have the save game on my usb i see it but when i go on it i only see delete not copy
