@1joshsquash the reason is you are a rookie so mclaren won’t just hire you you have to work your way to the top it’s also because the longer you race the more chance u have that’s why if only 3 seasons you have to start higher

I had f1 championship edition before I bought this game. I took championship back to my game stop and sold it!
